Wonderful experience with Beach Power Rentals! The customer service is exceptional! Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made it very simple to rent a wheelchair including free delivery upon arrival and pickup upon departure. There were no holding fees for making the reservation and no potential cancellation fees which we appreciated in this time of so much uncertainty. So glad our mom was able to spend the week on the beach with us. Thank you!

Stacy absolutely made this a happy, memorable experience. The equipment came as advertised and worked perfectly. The one minor glitch was the fault of the condo but Stacy came and fixed it for us.
The entire process was very easy and power beach wheelchair rental was so incredibly accommodating to our needs. They were so easy to work with and so helpful with guidance on using the equipment when they arrived.

We weren’t familiar with the condo where we were staying. Stacy bent over backward for us, trading out a regular scooter for a beach wheelchair when we needed it. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Top notch professionalism.

This wonderful family owned and operated small business saved our vacation! My wife broke her foot about 6 weeks before our scheduled trip and could not put any weight on her foot at all while it healed post surgery. I sent an mail to Peach Power Rentals and they set me up with a beach wheelchair for three days. The customer service was fantastic. They delivered right to our condo the night we arrived and picked it up the day we left. We even had a small problem with the first chair and they brought over a second one that worked perfectly. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!
I'm not sure what's going on with the guy who gave this business a one star review. He must have left a review for the wrong business. My experience with Kayla, Stacy, and Tim was top notch! Very kind and responsive.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I just returned from the beach & used this company that is open yr round, unlike other rental places. The rate was very affordable & the new owners were fantastic. If I ever need to rent ANYTHING again, it will be through them.

This is an amazing company. Stacy has gone above, beyond and out of her way to take care of us. My paralyzed son is young, so she came early to swap our original chair out with a “sportier” one. Then my son went back and forth a little too much on the beach after someone had unplugged the chair overnight at our resort...battery died and they were there within 20-30 min to swap the chair right on the beach and make sure my son was comfortable and was able to get out of the sun. Chairs are a little dated and worn, but the excellent customer service and the independence it gives my son on the beach is worth it! Fantastic, compassionate owners and we will use them for all our beach needs. Thank you!

We rented a powered beach chair for my Father-in-law who has not been on a vacation since his disabling stroke over 14 years ago. The chair allowed him to go out on the beach to see the waves and watch his grand-kiddos play. Although we did encounter an issue with the chair breaking down, the staff was quick to respond. Someone stayed with us until two new chair options arrived and he was up and running again. Mechanical issues are unfortunate but they do happen to the best of us- what was important to us was how the company handled the issue. Their compassion for the situation and quick response to resolve and compensate was greatly appreciated. Their actions helped keep my father-in-law calm in a situation that typically would have stressed him out ( having to stand and pivot on an unstable surface to transfer to the new chair). We are thankful for the experience this service provided our family and for the time on the beach he got to spend! We were told the owners are fairly new so I would keep that in mind when considering older poor reviews.
